The Board of Trustees for the West Point Consolidated School District is composed of five members who each serve a four-year term.  Two members, who reside in the West Point Consolidated School District  and outside the West Point city limits, are elected by qualified voters in that geographical area.  Three members, who reside within the city limits of West Point, are elected by governing authorities of the City of West Point.
